From my experience, many startup companies cannot find skilled manpower in the market. We do have a lot of colleges but the graduates need more skills. Startups need problem solvers. So, colleges should focus on making learning more market relevant, encourage internships and give challenging projects to students. Students also should be ready to work, have realistic job expectations and take the available opportunities seriously.
Also, the dearth of credible data affects all startups. It’s hard to find data if there is any and when you do find it, it is almost irrelevant, incomplete or outdated.
