Some industries in Nepal have been and are running traditionally. Traditionally in the sense that they have not fully leveraged the power of the internet, not using the internet at all or not addressing the changing customer needs and preferences. Thus I feel that these industries (namely book stores, book publication, music, shopping, banking) will see considerable change in the next 3-7 years.
How will these industries that have run on years of same business model adapt to this disruption? Are they actively engaged to truly deliver the best customer service to their clients? How will these industries cope with the seismic change in their business environment?
